What it is
The global blacklist is a list shared across every server running Radar. It holds the accounts you least want near your community: confirmed doxxers, and people who post sexual content involving minors. Servers opt in one at a time. When a listed account joins a server that has the module on, Radar posts an alert there and lets an admin decide what to do. It never bans on its own.

No account lands on the list from an automated flag alone. Someone on the Radar team signs off first.

When a listed account joins your server, Radar hands the decision to your admins.
What gets you listed
The bar is deliberately high. Two things put an account on the list, and nothing else does.
- Doxxing. Sharing someone's private information to threaten or harass them.
- Sexual content involving minors. Posting, requesting, or distributing this material in any form.
Ordinary rule breaking does not belong here. If someone is being a nuisance in one server, that is a job for your own moderation, not for a list that follows them everywhere.
How review works
A listing is a claim about a person, so it goes through a person before it counts. While the module is on in a server, Radar watches for the two categories above. A hit does not list the account. It opens a case for the Radar team. Only after a reviewer approves the case does the account go on the network list. Radar does not keep the content that triggered the case.
On your server
This is the part people get wrong about blacklists, so it is worth being exact. Radar does not ban a listed account when it joins. It tells your admins and waits.
A listed account joins
Someone already on the network list walks into a server that has the module on.
Radar posts an alert
In the channel you picked, with the account, the reason, the proof, the source, and the join time.
Your admin decides
Three buttons: ban, allow, or watch. A person makes the call, not the bot.
The choice runs
Radar carries out what your admin picked and logs it. Nothing happens until then.
The alert lands in the channel you set. If you leave that blank, it falls back to your mod-log channel. Every alert carries the account, why it was listed, the proof, where the listing came from, and when the account joined, so your admin is deciding with the full picture in front of them.
Turning it on
The module is off by default, and turning it on is a deliberate step. Because it needs to read messages to catch doxxing and abuse material, Radar shows you a consent notice first and records who accepted it and when.
What it reads
While it is on, Radar reads messages in that server to catch the two listed categories. It does not act on ordinary rule breaking, and it does not store the content it flags.
What you agree to
The exact terms are written out before you accept. You can read them in Terms, section 9 and Privacy, section 3.5.
What it does not do
- It does not ban anyone on its own. Your admin makes the call on every alert.
- It does not list accounts from an automated flag. A reviewer approves each one first.
- It does not act on ordinary rule breaking. The list is only for doxxing and abuse material.
- It does not store the content that opened a case once the review is done.
Blacklist or Safeguard?
Both deal with dangerous accounts, from different angles. The blacklist is a curated list of confirmed offenders across the network, and it only alerts your admins. Safeguard screens the Roblox identity of people joining a younger community and can act on a clear match on its own.

Appeals
If an account is on the list and you think it should not be, you can appeal. A reviewer reads every appeal. Given what the list is for, appeals are held to the same high bar as listings.

What does 'watch' do? +
It marks the account so your staff keep an eye on them, without removing them or letting them off. A middle option for when you are not sure.

No. A case is reviewed and then the triggering content is not kept.
